Holding And Lifting; Storage; Wood Drier
The workpiece is clamped on the work table automatically by a suction head To ensure safe operation. A stable and continuous minimum vacuum must create to ensure that the workpiece tightened during machining.
Before and after wood processing, must prevent environmental effects such as heat, water, insects and microorganisms from damaging the wood. The widespread practice of dipping wood in preservative liquid has the disadvantage that the liquid seeps in only a few millimetres into the wood. However, maximum protection can achieve if the wood is degassed and dried using a vacuum pump. Then the preservatives can penetrate deeper for the best protection.
Using a vacuum dryer in a traditional wood drying chamber can generally reduce the drying time from a few weeks to three to four days. During the drying process, the pressure in the drying chamber gradually decreases to the minimum level. Pressurize the dryer with water vapour and then expel air to prevent cracking or discolouration of the wood due to excessive oxygen content. Centrifugal blowers circulate water vapour and transfer heat to the wood. Also, steam condensate will discharge from the drying chamber.
